Plano is one of the best cities in the U.S. for single moms, according to a new analysis from WalletHub.
Plano ranked 11th out of 150 cities on the list.
WalletHub considered 17 different factors such as median annual income for single moms, housing affordability and access to child care.
Other North Texas cities on the list included: Grand Prairie #86, Arlington #102, Irving #103, Garland #106, Dallas #133 and Fort Worth #138.
The top ten best places for single moms included both small and large cities in many parts of the country:

- Madison, WI
- Fremont, CA
- San Francisco, CA
- Seattle, WA
- Pembroke Pines, FL
- Irvine, CA
- Honolulu, HI
- Sioux Falls, SD
- Overland Park, KS
