The Fort Worth police are investigating the death of a person struck by a Trinity Railway Express train Friday.
The person was sitting on the tracks near Baurline Avenue when he was struck by the westbound train, which had just left the Richland Hill station shortly after 9 a.m.
While the investigation is under way, the train will remain at the crash site. Passengers were removed from the train and bussed back to the Richland Hills station.
