Parker Co. Offering $1,000 Reward for Crime of the Week

Between Wednesday, June 24 around 8:00 pm and Thursday, June 25 at 7:30 am, Weatherford police said an unknown suspect(s) stole and damaged several vehicle accessories from a Jeep Wrangler that was parked at Roger Williams Collision Center, located at 1405 Fort Worth Highway. 

The Weatherford Police Department said the suspect(s) removed the aftermarket headlights that were mounted on the Jeep.  The headlights were contained in a black housing, with each headlight having four LED's inside them. The lights were valued at approximately $1,000. In addition to the lights, the suspect(s) also stole the interior car stereo system.  The stereo was a factory Jeep DVD/NAV system, valued at approximately $2,130. Other items were found damaged on the Jeep that included a Bezel plastic trim housing and a box housing on the vehicles winch.   

The total damaged and stolen in this case is approximately $3,130.  Weatherford Police needs the public's assistance in helping us find out who burglarized and damaged this vehicle.  

Parker County Crime Stopper's has designated this as the Crime of the Week and is offering up to a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the individual(s) that perpetrated this crime.
