Investigators say a woman was killed in a house fire in Fort Worth early Thursday morning.
Fort Worth firefighters responded to a report of a home on fire at about 3:45 a.m.
Crews were working to put out the blaze when relatives reported one person missing. Firefighters located the woman's body at about 5 a.m.
The name of the woman wasn't immediately released but family members said she was a special person.
"Giving, helping people. All it takes to be a good person. She was very reliable. A very concerned person. Everybody around her know Andrea. There's nothing bad they'd have to say about her," said a woman.
Firefighters spent part of the morning handing out smoke detectors to the victim's neighbors.
Meanwhile, authorities are trying to determine what started the blaze.
