One Arrested After Robbery Spree In Oak Lawn

Police arrest a 20-year-old man. Another suspect on the run.

Dallas Police arrested a 20-year-old man and are on the lookout for another armed robbery suspect.  The suspects are accused of holding up several people in the Oak Lawn section of the city in three different incidents.

On Saturday morning, police arrested 20-year-old Phuc Nguyen.  He's charged with several robberies including three in the early morning hours.

Police said Nguyen and another man held up a group of six people outside of an apartment building on Crestview Drive around 1:20 Saturday morning. Just over an hour later, police said the two held up a woman on Vandelia Street.  And ten minutes later, two other people were held up on Hudnall Street.

Police said the men ran off with wallets and cell phones. 

Nguyen is currently behind bars. There's no word on his bond.
