A 29-year-old mother of four has been arrested after a fire broke out at her Corpus Christi apartment while she had left the children home alone.
Roxanne Blanco was held in the Nueces County Jail under $40,000 bond Thursday.
Police say her four children -- ages 9, 6, 5 and 2 -- were taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries suffered Monday when they jumped from a second-floor window.
