Two Arlington teenagers are facing misdemeanor charges in connection with the death of a 13-year-old passenger who died in a car wreck.
Police said four teenagers were in the Suburban when the driver lost control on Highway 360 near North Holland Road near the Grand Prairie-Mansfield border.
None of the teenagers were wearing seat belts.
Kelsee Williams, 13, was thrown when the sport utility vehicle rolled over.
Williams, an eighth-grade honor roll student at Gunn Junior High School in Arlington, was active in volleyball and show choir.
"Every time I walked in, I could just feel her smile and how good she was," classmate Dylan Blevins. "She was a real nice person. She had a great personality. Her smile was amazing."
The 16-year-old driver of the SUV is charged with three misdemeanors -- violating driver's license restrictions, failure to maintain control of the vehicle and having child passengers with no seat belts on.

A 15-year-old passenger also faces a charge for not wearing a seat belt. Police say she likely bumped the steering wheel while trying to change the radio station.
Arlington Independent School District spokeswoman Amy Casas said the district hopes the crash is a wake-up call for parents to "be mindful that it's always important that when your child is just learning how to drive that they do not have those distractions."
Williams was buried earlier this week. Her school also held a memorial service in her memory.
