The agreement was approved at Monday night's city council meeting.
Plans call for a 350,000 square-foot expansion of UPS's current facility at 4200 Samuell Boulevard, as well as new equipment at the site.
The incentive agreement also requires UPS to retain its current workforce and add "the equivalent of 180 net new full-time jobs over a 10-year period," according to a city press release.
Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2019 or early 2020.
