A man whose body has been recovered from storm debris near downed power lines in Dallas died of accidental electrocution.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office on Thursday released the cause of death for 35-year-old Robert Ragan of Dallas.
Ragan's body was discovered Wednesday, a day after storms packing hail and funnel clouds rolled through North Texas.
American Airlines canceled 217 flights Thursday at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport over schedule adjustments involving hail-damaged planes. Airline spokeswoman Andrea Huguely said one American Eagle flight also was canceled.
She says 50 American planes required repairs and all but 18 were back in service Thursday. Several American Eagle planes also were fixed.
Nearly 3,000 still without power
Nearly 3,000 homes and businesses have no electricity for another day following storms that sent funnel clouds and hail into North Texas.

Dallas-based Oncor said crews worked Thursday to restore power to the last of the affected areas. The utility says about 70,000 customers lost electricity during the storm that pounded the Dallas-Fort Worth area late Tuesday.
Utility spokeswoman Ashley Burton has cautioned residents who see downed power lines to stay clear of them.
