A man was shot in the back in Dallas early Sunday morning, according to police.
It happened on Fireside Drive at about 2 a.m.
The victim was transported to Baylor Medical Center Dallas with non-life threatening injuries.
Police arrested a man, who has not been identified, and charged him with aggravated assault family violence.
The victim's name has not been released.
