A South Texas man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for the 2014 slaying of a Corpus Christi convenience store owner during a robbery.
Arturo Navarro pleaded guilty Monday to murder in a plea deal in Corpus Christi.
Navarro is the second person ordered to prison for the April 2014 fatal shooting of 59-year-old Mostafa "Ben" Bighamian.
