Police are investigating a stabbing at Lake Lewisville.
Emergency crews found the man in the water at Lakeview Marina on the west side of the lake near the Lake Dallas community.
The man, whose name is not yet known, was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
Police said Sunday morning the man got into a disagreement with another man while on a boat at the lake and was stabbed.
The man, who was wearing a life jacket, ended up in the water while the man who stabbed him left the scene.
The man's injuries ended up being not life-threatening.
At this time police have not named a suspect in the stabbing.
