A 31-year-old man faces charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication after a woman said he flashed her in the parking lot of a Kroger store on South Hulen Street in Fort Worth, police said.
An off-duty officer, who was working security for the store on Sunday night, observed Thomas Raymond Stanches, Jr. walking through the parking lot, looking at parked vehicles as he passed them, police said.
After about 10 minutes, the officer approached Stanches and asked him what he was doing. Stanches eyes were heavy and bloodshot, his speech was slow and slurred and the officer smelled alcohol on his breath, police said.
A woman drove up and said Stanches had just exposed his genitals to her as the officer was arresting him on suspicion of public intoxication.
