Dallas police say a suspect is in custody following a deadly shooting early Monday in northeast Dallas.[[368871191,L]]
Officers were called at about 12:05 a.m. to the 11300 block of Amanda Lane.
There, they found 35-year-old Pablo Padraza had been fatally shot.
Police said 32-year-old James Melvin Smith was interviewed by investigators, during which he allegedly admitted to the shooting.
Smith was jailed on a murder charge, and bond was set at $100,000.
