Police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting at a Dallas apartment complex.[[302467741,C]]
Officers said Refugio De La Cruz, 42, was involved in a physical altercation with his neighbor, Israel Tovar Puga, Sunday afternoon outside an apartment in the 3200 block of Norwalk Avenue.
After the fight, police said both men went back inside their apartments, then came back out a short time later.
De La Cruz had a gun, officers said.
According to police, De La Cruz fired two shots at Puga, striking him once in the chest.
Puga was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
De La Cruz was arrested for murder and placed in jail on a $500,000 bond.
