Looking for a job? There are several job fairs this week offering opportunities for employment.


The ALDI grocery store chain will hold a job fair on Tuesday, Sept. 22 and Wednesday, Sept. 23 in Arlington. The company is taking applications for store manager trainees for stored throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. The stores will begin opening in Spring of 2010. Interviews will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel locations in Arlington and Dallas from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. both days. More information: ALDITexasJobs.com

25 area employers will be looking for people to fill part-time and full-time jobs during the Put Experience to Work job expo Tuesday, Sept. 22 in Dallas. The job fair is geared toward older workers. Employers at the expo include Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, the IRS, and Wachovia Bank to name a few. National Career Fairs is hosting another job fair on Tuesday, Sept. 22. AAA Texas, Central Market H-E-B, Time Warner Cable and Mary Kay will be among the companies looking for employees. 21st Century Insurance and Financial Services is holding a Job Fair Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 11am-2pm, and on Thursday, 9/24 from 4pm-8pm. The positions available are Customer Service Representatives and Sales Representatives in a call center environment. The job fair will be held at 1945 Lakepointe Drive in Lewisville.
