Investigators are trying to determine who fatally shot two East Texas men whose bodies were found dumped near some railroad tracks.
Longview police on Thursday identified the victims as 20-year-old Dekeilen Joe Nelson of Gilmer and 28-year-old Kevin Lorenzo Stephenson of Henderson.
A Union Pacific railroad worker on Wednesday morning discovered the bodies.
Police are investigating the case as a double homicide. Investigators did not immediately offer a possible motive for the killings.
