A state administrative law judge said that a Mansfield business should be fined for violating environmental laws.
The judge said Envirosol Environmental Services should be fined nearly $52,000 for failing to properly operate a hazardous waste facility, among other infractions.
The owner of the business, Joe McHaney, said the judge's claims are baseless, that he is the victim of a witch hunt and that an investigator with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has blown minor violations out of proportion.
McHaney will have a chance to respond to the allegations before any fine is formally issued.
