All lanes of Interstate 635 and the LBJ TEXpress have reopened after police activity Wednesday evening in North Dallas.
Some drivers reported being stuck on the interstate near Josey Lane for more than two hours while police were on scene.
The interstate fully reopened to traffic at about 11 p.m.
