All systems are back to normal after the Hurst Police Department previously reported Friday that the city's 911 service had been down.
All 911 calls were transferred to the Tarrant County call center while technicians worked to get the system back on line.
In an updated post of the police department's Facebook page late Friday, the department said the service had been restored.
There is no immediate word on the cause of the issue.
