About 280 homes were without power after an 18-wheeler struck a utility pole in Cockrell Hill early Thursday morning, Oncor officials said.
It happened about 6 a.m. near Cockrell Hill Road and Penrod Avenue.
Initially, the outage was for more than 1,000 customers.
