"It's a lot of fun at the same time," said Innovative Staffing SVP of Operations, Andrew Jackson. "I think being around great people seeing the venue itself."
Dallas-based Innovative Staffing wants to fill more than 1,000 part-time positions inside the complex.
"These include ticket-takers, ushers, people throughout the stadium that are involved in guest services," added the SVP of Recruiting Scott Salmon.
Those interested in working at the stadium should apply online.
"The first event kicks off June 6," Jackson said. "We're basically doing training sessions up to that point. Our recomendation is to apply early."
The customer service jobs pay around $9 per hour, and recruiters said commitment to the Cowboys and good service are must-have qualitifications.
