Police said they were involved in a high-speed chase from Haltom City to Hurst early Monday morning.
Haltom City police said they began pursuing a vehicle on North Beach Street at about 4 a.m.
The pursuit reached speeds greater than 100 mph eastbound on Loop 820 through North Richland Hills, where authorities said police officers tried to spike the vehicle near Denton Highway.
Police said the driver then went onto Texas 183 and exited at Precinct Line Road in Hurst where the chase ended behind an Outback Steakhouse.
Officers have been search the surrounding area since the chase ended, but police said the driver was still at large as of 4:50 a.m.
