Grapevine police say a man accused of directing sexual comments to young girls at a Target store has been identified as a registered sex offender.
According to police, 38-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Roblez "made a lewd comment to a 9-year-old girl about assaulting her" and, moments later, "propositioned another child's mother about sex acts with her 11-year-old daughter" during the weekend.
Roblez was seen on surveillance video recorded by the store's cameras.
The shoppers reported Roblez to store management and the police were called, but he'd left before they arrived.
The incidents were reported to have taken place between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Target store on Ira E. Woods.
Tips from the public helped identify Roblez. Officers say he is wanted for a parole violation warrant.

"This man is a danger to the public," Grapevine Police Department's Amanda McNew said. "He has threatened young girls, and we do not want to have any more victims. We want to stop him before anyone else could potentially become a victim."
Plano police received similar reports Sept. 23 at a Walmart and Sept. 23 and 30 at Target stores. A police spokesman said they think Roblez was the man involved in each report.
Roblez's whereabouts are unknown. The police continue to seek the public's help in locating him. They believe he is a threat to public safety and ask anyone who may see him to call 911 immediately.
"We believe he hasn't gone home, and he could be anywhere. And that's why we want everyone to look out for this man," McNew said.
