Garland police are investigating the murder of a 23-year-old man that took place overnight in an apartment parking lot. [[386139741,C]]
The Garland Police Department was called to the 300 block of South Barnes Drive just after 3:30 a.m. on July 9 after hearing reports of a man bleeding heavily.
When officers arrived, they said the man, identified as Taylor Raymond Burford, died in the parking lot of a nearby apartment complex.
Police believe Burford was murdered, but are waiting on the Dallas County Medical Examiner's official report for the actual cause of death.
Garland police said Burford's death is under investigation and ask anyone with information to please call the Garland Police Department at 972-205-1667.
