Fury Over Cowboys-Texans Ticket Price-Gouging

Editor's note: The preseason game between the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans Thursday night was canceled.

After Houston Texans vs Dallas Cowboys tickets went on sale for $25 — benefiting victims of Hurricane Harvey — some people have been re-selling the tickets online for a higher price.

Some of the websites selling the tickets caught on to what was going on.

Ticketcity.com blocked the game tickets from being sold on their website.

StubHub.com also noticed what was happening, and stopped selling the tickets.

In a tweet, StubHub stated, “With further consideration, StubHub has decided to not allow listings for the Cowboys/Texans game and will donate 100% of the profits.”

If you would like to buy tickets, you can purchase them for $25 at AT&T Stadium or Ticketmaster.com.

All proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Greater Houston Relief Fund that supports the efforts of the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army for Harvey relief and recovery.

Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday night.
