Four Treated for Smoke Inhalation After ‘Man Cave' Catches Fire Overnight

Four people are being evaluated for smoke inhalation after a 1-alarm fire broke out inside a "man cave" overnight Sunday in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth firefighters were called to a home on the 3800 block of Bonnie Drive at about 1:45 a.m. after fire was reported in a detached garage.

Initial reports indicated the garage had been converted into a "man cave."

Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the garage before it spread to the rest of the house.

Four people, including one juvenile, escaped the fire without serious injury, though all were hospitalized for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
