While investigating a woman's report of being sexually assaulted in the 6600 block of Oakland Bend Drive Nov. 4, police said they learned that two additional women reported sexual assault attempts in the same area Nov. 2.

Police said they arrested a man connected to a similar attack Nov. 13 and thought he was connected to the earlier incidents. Investigators said Tuesday, though, that the man is not likely the same suspect.

The victims of the earlier attacks described the man as black, in his early 20s, 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 8 inches tall with a thin build and a light to medium complexion. He has a slight mustache and was wearing a black cap or beanie type of hat with a Mohawk-style haircut.

Fort Worth police asked anyone with information about the incidents to contact detectives at 817-392-4350. Tipsters can remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers at 817-469-8477 and by visiting www.469tips.com.
