A former Arlington High School athlete is on his way to the Olympics this summer.
Tervel Dlagnev, a former wrestler for Arlington, earned his ticket to Rio Saturday night at the U.S. Olympic trials in Iowa.
Tervel is one of the first three athletes to qualify for the U.S. Olympic team.
It will be Tervel’s second Olympic Games. He was in London four years ago but he did not medal.
