Irving police are investigating a fatal crash along LBJ Friday afternoon.
Specific details about the single-crash are not yet known, but police confirmed the crash along westbound Interstate 635 near MacArthur Boulevard was a fatality.
The car came to rest off the highway in a grassy area. Traffic is heavy in the area, though still moving along the westbound lanes of the highway.
