East Texas Gangster Hideout That's Up for Grabs Will Set You Back Almost $12 Million

An East Texas ranch up for grabs was a haunt for gangsters and gamblers.

Called Fincastle, the 1,369-acre spread near Athens has three lakes and acres of woods and is just an hour and a half away from Dallas.

Fincastle was founded 50 years ago by Dallas mobster Ivy Miller, according to stories told by the owners over the years. Miller and his pal Las Vegas gambling boss, Benny Binion, used the Henderson County place as a hangout.
