Earthquake Hits Arlington Sunday Morning

Some residents in Arlington were shaken out of bed early Sunday morning.

The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 2.4 magnitude earthquake hit near City Hall just before 4 a.m.

More specifically, the quake struck where Main Street and South Pecan Street meet, which is also next to the Arlington Museum of Art and not far from the University of Texas at Arlington campus.

There have been no reports of any injuries or major damage.
