Dallas police say a "highly intoxicated" driver crashed into a police squad car after driving into oncoming traffic Sunday morning.
According to police, a man driving a sedan was traveling northbound when his car jumped the median along the 200 block of Market Center Boulevard.
The officer was traveling southbound on Market Center when the sedan drove across the officer's lane, police said, and crashed into the police car.

The sedan driver was not hurt and the officer suffered minor injuries that are not life-threatening. The officer was treated at Parkland Memorial Hospital and released.
A sobriety test was conducted and police said the sedan driver appeared to be intoxicated.
Police have not said what charges the driver may face.
