Police Arrest Suspect in Mobile Home Park Shooting

Police said they arrested a man they suspect in the shooting two people in a Seagoville mobile home park Sunday night.

Logan Michael Drumm, 22, was taken into custody without incident in Seagoville Monday night, according to police.

Officers responded to the Texas Shade Mobile Home Park in the 2400 block of U.S. Route 175 at about 3:25 p.m. Sunday and found two people shot in separate areas, according to police.

Seagoville police told NBC DFW that a man fitting the description of the suspect was seen running through the back yards of homes shortly after the shooting. Witnesses told police that one gunman ran off just before officers arrived.

The Department of Public Safety, Dallas police and Kaufman county sheriff's office helped join the search for Drumm, according to police. Authorities used a helicopter and canines to search surrounding areas.

The two victims were taken to nearby hospitals, police said. Steven Paul Cobb, 46, was later pronounced dead. The other victim is listed in stable condition, but his identity was not released.
