Delta Flight Makes Emergency Landing at DFW

A Delta flight bound for Southern California made an emergency landing at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on Thursday afternoon.

The Boeing 737 headed for John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, Calif., made the stop after its windshield cracked, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said.

The pilot of Flight 3763 declared an emergency while in flight from Atlanta to Santa Ana. The plane landed without incident at DFW Airport at 12:29 p.m.

The passengers continued on another plane and touched down safely at John Wayne Airport later in the afternoon.

No one was injured.
