A man has been struck and killed by a Dallas Area Rapid Transit train Tuesday afternoon near the Cedars Station south of downtown, officials say.[[359721991,R]]
DART Police said the man was not in a crosswalk at the time of the collision with a Blue Line train. The incident was reported just after 4 p.m.
DART Police are investigating, and additional information has not yet been released.
Blue and Red Line passengers were moved to shuttle buses between the 8th & Corinth and Dallas Convention Center stations while police investigated. Normal service resumed by about 6:50 p.m., according to a message from DART.
