Dallas Settles With Unarmed Man Shot by Police

Dallas city leaders will pay a large settlement to an unarmed man shot by police officer.

Randolph Glenn, 52, was shot in the leg when he refused to stop and show his hands as officers were searching for a carjacking suspect in 2012.

Glenn was not involved in the robbery and was not armed.

The city agreed Wednesday to pay Glenn a $200,000 settlement.
