Revised plans for a possible downtown Dallas subway were released Monday.
The second DART rail path through downtown would be underground like the short segment DART has beneath CityPlace now.
City leaders insisted on a subway to avoid conflicts on the street.
City Council members held a joint meeting with DART leaders to review the latest routes. They must pick a preferred path by June.
