Dallas Police Seek Help Identifying Armed Robber

Police said they need help identifying a man who robbed a Dallas convenience store at gunpoint Tuesday.

Dallas police said the man walked into the Smart Mart in the 2300 block of Oates Drive, pointed a handgun at the cashier and demanded money.

The cashier was unharmed during the offense.

Police described the man as Latin, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 and weighing 160 to 175 pounds. He was wearing a dark sweatshirt, khaki pants, brown work boots, sunglasses and white rag on his head.

Dallas police asked anyone who recognizes the man or has information regarding this offense to contact Det. M. Berry at 214-671-3995.
