Police said Alexis Sanders was supposed to return to her home in the 2800 block of Tanner Street at 7:30 p.m. She contacted relatives and said she was in trouble at an unknown location.
Sanders was found safely at about 10:30 a.m. Monday, according to police.
No further details were released.
Anyone with information about Sanders' disappearance was asked to call 911 or the Dallas Police Department at 214-671-4268.
