Dallas police said officers shot a man who fired at them outside an Oak Cliff apartment Tuesday morning. [[394086861,C]]
Police said the officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1500 block of Argentia Drive at 1:36 a.m.
Dallas police spokesman Jimmy Vaughan said the man fired at officers when they went into the apartment. Officers fired back, striking the man once.

The man was transported to a hospital with injuries that Vaughan said were not life threatening.
No officers were injured, according to authorities.
