Officers with the Dallas and Austin police departments collaborated to arrest a 30-year-old man accused of threatening to shoot up a school, authorities said. [[343689032,C]]
Austin police said they contacted Dallas police Nov. 4 and asked for help finding Andre Williams, who threatened to shoot students at an Austin school.
Dallas police said they found Williams at a home in the 2600 block of Volga Avenue in Dallas. An arrest team contacted family member inside and Williams exited the home where he was taken into custody without incident.
Williams was transported to Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with terroristic threat. He is being held on bond of more than $15,000.
