Police said they arrested a person who fatally shot a man in West Dallas early Friday morning.
Dallas Police Department officials said a group of people ended up at the Golden Corral near Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill after a night of partying.
The group ended up in the parking lot involved in an argument just before the man was shot, according to police. There were about a dozen witnesses to the shooting.
Officers arrested the shooter at about 3 a.m., police said.
Police have not yet released the victim's name, but they said he's from Sachse.
