Within days of a run-in with a city employee that led to a grand jury investigation of Dallas City Council member Scott Griggs, the council member was verbally abusive to two other city workers, according to emails obtained by The Dallas Morning News.
Police investigated council member Scott Griggs for an encounter April 13 with Assistant City Secretary Bilierae Johnson. She said he’d threatened to break her fingers.
