MAN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH FATAL KENNEDALE FIRE
Johnny Hummel was arrested in California Monday in connection with a house fire that killed three people last week. Read more on NBCDFW.com.

WOMAN SHOT, KILLED IN DALLAS APARTMENT
Dallas police are searching for the person who shot and killed a woman in a home overnight Sunday.  The shooting took place at an apartment complex on the 5900 block of Highland Village Drive near Interstate 45 and Simpson Stuart Road.  Investigators haven't said if the woman, Stacy Wright, was the target of violence or if she simply got caught up in the crossfire.  Investigators said it appears the shots came from outside of her apartment and that there was a fight on the premisis earlier in the evening.

HOMELESS MAN STRUCK, KILLED BY TRAIN
A homeless man was struck and killed by a train in east Fort Worth at about 7:30 Monday morning. The man was struck by a BNSF train near the Beach Street crossing just south of Lancaster. The victim, who had not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, said Tim Hardeman, a spokesman of the Fort Worth Fire Department. It has not yet been revelaed why the man was on the tracks.

REWARD OFFERED FOR DONUT SHOP MURDER
Schepps Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to an arrest and indictment of the gunman responsible for the murder of Oak Cliff donut shop worker Kee Shun Chung. A customer entered into the donut shop at 337 E. Ledbetter and discovered Chung, 46, dead behind the counter. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

WOMAN FOUND DEAD OUTSIDE OF ADDISON HOME
An Addison woman was found dead outside of a home on the 15000 block of Quorum Drive.  Police discovered the body of the 25-year-old woman just before 11 a.m. Sunday.  Investigators said it appeared the woman had been shot in the head.  The woman's exact cause of death is under investigation. VANDALS HIT ELLIS COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD
Residents in one Ellis County neighborhood spent the day cleaning up graffiti after they said vandals struck overnight Saturday.  The vandalism took place in the Spring Creek Grove area along Magnolia Street just north of Waxahachie.  The Waxahachie Daily Light reports someone used shoepolish to paint swastika's and other vulgar messages.

DRIVER SHOT BY OFF-DUTY OFFICER
A Dallas man is in critical condition after being shot by an off-duty police officer overnight Saturday. Investigators said the officer spotted the man driving along the Dallas North Tollway swerving in and out of the lanes and folloewd him to the Davenport Apartments.  The officer approached the driver where he tried to grab her gun. During the struggle, the man was shot.  He was transported to Parkland Hospital in Dallas.

POLICE SEEK HELP IN IDENTIFYING BADLY BURNED BODY
Dallas police are seeking assistance in identifying a man they found dead and badly burned. The man's body was found on the 4600 block of Solar Lane early Friday morning.  Investigators said the man is black, may be in his mid 20s and has upper and lower gold teeth. He has a tattoo on his shoulder that reads "Glendale T-X."  Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to call the Dallas Police Department.
