SECOND MAN ARRESTED IN FATAL SMOKE SHOP SHOOTING
Public records indicate police have arrested a second suspect in the death of a woman during a botched robbery at a smoke shop in Dallas. The Dallas Morning News reports 24-year-old Maurice Antione Hall, of Allen, faces a capital murder charge in the Dec. 30 shooting at The Gas Pipe that killed 18-year-old Rabeca Rae Kemp, of Mount Vernon, and injured three others. POLICE SEEK JUSTICE ON QUADRUPLE MURDERS' ANNIVERSARY
Today marks the fifth anniversary of the most brutal murder case in the history of the city of McKinney and police are asking for the public's help in getting a third suspect charged in the crime. On March 12, 2004, Rosa Barbosa, her nephew Mark Barbosa, Matthew Self and Austin York were all fatally shot in Barbosa's home on Truett Street. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

VICTIM CRITICAL AFTER FAMILY KILLED IN SHOOTING
A man shot and wounded his estranged girlfriend and killed her son and her mother in a garage before killing himself at a home in North Richland Hills Tuesday evening, police say. The estranged girlfriend's toddler was found unharmed with blood on him.  Officers were called to the home on the 6500 block of Sunset around 10:30 Tuesday night after receiving several 911 calls from neighbors who reported hearing gunshots at the house.
