In the third round of the NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys selected Nebraska defensive tackle Maliek Collins.
In two years as a starter for the Cornhuskers, Collins compiled 21 tackles for loss, 19 quarterback hurries and 6.5 sacks. He was also named a team captain.
Collins opted to leave school after his junior year enter the 2016 NFL Draft after he said the Draft Advisory Board gave him a Day 2 grade.
Maliek Collins was a state champion wrestler and an all-state two-way football player as a Missouri high schooler.
