Update: Corsicana police said they discontinued a silver alert after safely locating Berry Daniel at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesdeay.
The Corsicana Police Department issued a silver alert for a 77-year-old man who was reported missing Tuesday.
Police said Berry Eugene Daniel was last seen driving a black 2011 Dodge Journey with the Texas license plate CT82710 near 1716 Kingston St.
Daniel is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds with gray hair and eyes. Authorities said he was wearing a light-colored striped shirt, blue jacket and jeans.
Police said Daniel was diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
Corsicana police asked that anyone with information about Daniel's disappearance contact them at 903-654-4902.
