The arrest affidavit said that in an interview with the victim, she said when she was in kindergarten Reich would rub her back, in first grade she said the back rub moved further down to her "behind."
According to the affidavit the victim told investigators Reich would take her into his coaches' office and shut the door making her feel comfortable. She told authorities that's where more inappropriate touching happened.
The victim told investigators Reich threatened to kill her, her parents and their dog if she told anyone.
