Carrollton police have located a missing grandfather and his grandson in Hudson Oaks after they went missing from Carrollton Monday.
Vincent Nguyen, 80, and Victor Nguyen, 5, went missing Monday and were found safe at a gas station in Hudson Oaks. Police say Vincent could have memory problems.
Carrollton police say they will work with the family going forward to ensure everyone's safety.
Vincent Nguyen is described as an Asian male, 5-foot-6, gray/white hair and wearing glasses. Victor Nguyen is also an Asian male, last seen wearing a green shirt and dark shorts.
